Nest services run operate on a sliding scale to accommodate both the families who can afford to pay the full cost of care and the families who can’t. The Nest also hopes to expand its offerings in 2026 and 2027 to include baby-wearing workshops and doula services. Sign-up for the Sticks and Things newsletter for updates.
If you feel none of these services meet your needs, you are welcome to reach out with the details of what you are looking for. However, please keep in mind that the focus of the Nest is supporting infants and their families.

Overnight Care
Overnight care is provided from 10 p.m. – 6 a.m., and additional hours can be added on either end of this set time at a reduced hourly rate (subject to availability).
The details of the care provided will be determined in conversation with caregivers but can include:
- All wakes including diapers, bottle feeds, and helping back to sleep.
- All wakes including diapers, facilitating a nursing session, removing to burp and put back to sleep.
- All wakes and diapers, bottle feeds, helping back to sleep, and facilitation of clean and sanitized pump parts + bagging pumped milk for the fridge or freezer.
Care will include tidying, washing and sanitizing of bottles and pump parts from the day, and responsive care to baby or babies when awake
Overnight care is NOT “awake care” (where the caregiver is awake the whole night supervising the baby) unless previously negotiated. Caregiver will rest when all household needs are met.
